Resume guidelines:
First of all, please only send your resume once.  If you want to send a follow up letter to verify that we received it, or if your position or contact information changes, by all means notify us.  Otherwise, one resume is sufficient.  Everyone has their own ideas of how to best represent their background and the style of resume or cv that is best.  In order to have us help you better, however, we recommend that you follow the following guidelines when you send us information on you especially if you are from outside of the U.S.  If you do not have any of this information on your resume, please include it in a cover letter to better help us help you many of these are specific to the textile industry.
*** If you have experience outside of the US and would like to be considered for work within the US, please indicate your current immigration status.  Many of our clients are not willing to sponsor a non US citizen but are interested in speaking with candidates who have work authorization.
 
All resumes:
List the dates (month and year) that you worked at a particular company in reverse chronological order (i.e. your most recent job list first).  Include the company name and company title.  Also include personal preferences for geographic location and salary range.

Manufacturing or Engineering background:
¨     Include details of the companies that you have worked for.  Important information includes:
1.    Company's or departmentís end product
2.    Company size
3.    Processes performed by the company

¨     Include details of the positions that you have worked in.  Important information includes:
4.    Position's responsibilities
5.    Processes under position's
6.    Who did you report to?
7.    How many people reported to you?

It is very important that you include numbers 1-5 above to help you.

Sales Background:
¨     Include details of the companies that you have worked for.  Important information includes:
1.    Company's or department's end product
2.    Company size
3.    Processes performed by the company
¨     Include details of the positions that you have worked in.  Important information includes:
4.    Customers that you sold to.  List both customer categories as well as specific customers (i.e. discount stores such as Wal-Mart and Target).
5.    Region of Sales
6.    Sales volume generated
7.    Who did you report to?
8.    How many people reported to you

Senior Executive:
A senior executive should have exposure into both sales and manufacturing, so you should include details from both.  Additionally, you should include the financial scope of your responsibilities (i.e. P&L responsibility for a $75 million division).
